The City of Frisco is No Match for Petland

Frisco, TX – In January 2020, the Frisco City Council approved new rules regulating pets stores and the sell of animals, namely dogs and cats. Overruling the public’s concerns, the City of Frisco passed the ordinance and felt certain that these improvements would negate any further neglect by Petland owners and management. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Even with the City’s improved animal ordinances, Petland continues to sell sick animals and steal thousands from Frisco residents.
